Gee, I hated dealing with Culligan Water and my daughter found Bates for me. They came to my house and low and behold after speaking with them, I had them pull out my Culligan drinking water system. They installed a Bates drinking water system, it is half the price of Culligan and will be less expensive to maintain. I must say I am a happy woman to never have to deal with Culligan again. I highly recommend this company.

****EDIT TO PREVIOUS REVIEW**** 3/10/23: Bates Water Pros reached out, apologized, and offered to pay to repair the counters and also came out to finish the sink install for free. I really appreciated that they were willing to make this right!! Thank you! 3/1/23: We booked Bates Water Pros to install our new kitchen sink. The man who came out to help us damaged our laminate counters, and also dropped a tool on the floor and damaged our flooring. We stopped the man half-way through the job as we were uncomfortable with him finishing. He also th
